Engineering
According to your specifications, we develop material and application-oriented. From fixture design and tool design through reengineering of complete assemblies, to the new development of components constantly including modern manufacturing processes and the right method for the number of pieces to be produced.
Prototypes
We are specialized in the production of complex prototypes. Thanks to our networking in the industrial environment, we can supply ready-to-install assemblies from a single source, even for components for which we do not have our own manufacturing processes in-house. We take over the complete project responsibility and deliver everything from one source.
Low volume production
We also transfer the prototypes manufactured by us into series productin. Here we understand ourselves as a small series manufacturer of complex components up to a batch size of max. 5000 pcs / year. We also carry out pure contract manufacturing of customer parts.
Production technique
We produce in 5 axis milling process, Mill-turning, turning as well as sheet metal processing.
Another core competence is selective laser melting / metal sintering (SLM) of Inconel and titanium (3D metal printing).
